I grew up in Tasmania, and spent some time working in London before settling in Melbourne and embarking on a career in sales. Over the next 12 years I worked for a variety of global communications and technology organisations including British Telecom and Premiere Global Services. I managed a portfolio of key clients across a wide range of industries and sectors, including financial services, pharmaceutical, food and beverages, resources, healthcare, property and retail. Looking for a change from the technology sector I started at Cornwell Design a Melbourne branding and design agency as office manager / HR coordinator responsible for identifying and nurturing talent and building a high performing team. I joined the Nightingale team in 2016 where I saw an opportunity to leverage my skills in managing relationships, client and office administration, and my experience as an executive assistant. I thrive in an environment where relationships matter, and where I can work across multiple aspects of our business from organising marketing or networking events, liaising with candidates and clients, to helping to ensure the smooth running of our business.
